Frenetic Engineering - Reviews
Well done for Friday - that was a great show - and for an audience of about 3,000! . . . . enjoyed the event and thought you two were very talented - Mike Lister
"Thank you so much for the part you played in our festival. The feedback has been fabulous. You delighted all who watched your work. And, might I add how much I appreciated you mucking in in what must have been pretty basic, if no altogether trying conditions." Hamish - Pilton - Green Man Festival Devon .
"… spectacular and slightly unhinged …" - The Guardian
"… had audiences laughing, smiling and looking on in amazement throughout. This is a stylish, witty act with characters that audiences really warmed to …” - Cirque Bijou - Bristol Harbourside Festival
"We worked with Frenetic Engineering to create what became Cirque De Poulet for the Organic Food Festival in Bristol . After about 10 months discussing 20ft chickens, bungee jumping eggs and burlesque chicks I believe that these people are a wonderfully creative, hard working and wholly professional company. They will also suck you into their madness but in a good way.” - Steve Symons, Creativity Events, Festival Fringe Programmer
As always, Frenetic Engineering presented a high-energy show, which was very well received by a very large audience. The audience number well exceeded our expectations and the company were able to share each moment of the performance and kept everyone of all ages engaged.
The brief was a street-theatre setting, but the event attracted so many people it turned into a large-scale theatre event. Les Femmes Fatal was the first performance to the large audience and had the job of engaging everyone and preparing them for an evening of outdoor theatre - which they did with their feast of fire, knife-throwing and comedy. - Joseph Ballard Festival & Events Manager, Peterborough City Council
